Did workout on April 6.

Part 1 - did 3 round. No wall walks, did regular bear crawls. Part 2 - walked 1 mile in little under 21 mi.

Did some of first part but didn’t understand the directions. Had to look up tabata afterwords. Part 2 I walked 1/2 mile because feet can’t take running.

1/15/20 - Did 3 rounds

Did 2 rounds and 1 mi on treadmill

0n 12/16 did about a third old the reps.

Did 4 rounds w/o much resting, plus stretching, treadmill, and 3 sets of knee band

Completed 1/2, and 6 Takata rounds

Did 1.5 mi. in 30 min. at 2.5 incline, mostly walking.
