It's all about who you are and the choices you make. That is what you leave behind, that is your legacy - at least that's what we think, that and having fun, loving yourself and others, and eating your favorite ice cream now and then of course!

Our ambition is to help people overcome preconceived attitudes and perspectives of weight loss, health, and exercise as they work to refine and reform their bodies and minds. The wellness journey is as much a mental and emotional one as it is physical. As trainers, we help our clients through the ups and downs that come their way as they move towards progress.



Our work is accomplished by training and educating our clients. No shortcuts, no quick fixes, and no one thing that magically makes it all happen. Just learning how the basics of food and movement apply to you and your body specifically. This is optimizing your health. This is your path to fitness and the start of your legacy.

We take you from wherever you are, and help you create and sustain lasting results. We do this by tailoring your work and progress in a completely personalized way. The versatility of where we can reach you coupled with the poignancy of how we can reach you makes the difference in your experience.

Erin was there the first day I started training and she’s the reason I came back for a second day.
